Can I return the tickets?
Returning tickets at the customers' initiative leads to the commission charged by the payment system. The commission rate depends on the time left before the departure:

  • More than 24 hours before the departure: 6,5 % commission of the order amount and 25 rubles for the bank refund transaction.
  • Less than 24, but more than 6 hours: 50 % commission of the order amount and 25 rubles for a bank refund transaction.
  • Less than 6 hours before the departure: 100% commission of the order amount.

The commission for canceling tickets for the «Radisson Gorky Park Trip» or «Radisson with the departure from the «Ukraine» hotel» from May to September less than 72 hours before the departure - 100% of the tickets' cost. You can reschedule your ticket for another day no less than 72 hours before the trip (only once).
Can I reschedule the trip to another day?
You can shift your date no less than 12 hours before the departure, if there are vacant seats for the new date. You need to send a request to our email order@moskvatrip.ru.

If the client did not use the ticket without making out the date shift or refund 24 hours before the boat departs according to the originally issued ticket, the money are not refunded.

If a buyer requests a refund on a ticked with the date previously shifted by his initiative, the money are not refunded.
When I should show up for the boarding?
Be in place 15-20 minutes before the departure. On weekends and holidays, as well as for events, be in place 25-30 minutes before the departure.
Can I take food and alcohol with me?
Bringing your own food is prohibited on cruises with a restaurant on board. In other cases, it is allowed to bring water and a light meal (sandwiches) with you. On some trips it is allowed to bring strong alcohol with a check from the store. You can find out the exact information for each trip on its page on moskvatrip.ru.
If I didn't manage to print out the ticket, can I show it in electronic form?
Almost all our cruises have electronic ticket control, but for some tours, you'd better print out a ticket. When boarding a boat from Moscow City, passengers with printed tickets board first.
If I want to print my tickets, where can I do it?
You can use the services of any Internet cafe, photo salon or copy center.
Can I buy tickets at the pier?
Almost all our cruises are also sold on piers. But the tickets sold on piers cost more and are issued only by availability.

Note: the tickets for the boats with a restaurant and Radisson yachts are best purchased in advance, as they are in great demand and can sold out.
Can a trip be canceled?
Cancellation of a trip is possible only in case of force majeure. If the weather conditions worsen, trips may be canceled. The movement of river buses is affected by the water level in the Moscow River, strong winds and storm warnings.
What time do the boats depart?
Sightseeing trips run from 10:00 to 21:30, there are also evening cruises and night trips. The last boat departs at 22:10.
Can I take a pet on board?
According to the rules, transportation of animals is prohibited on all trips (even in carrying bags). Sometimes administrators, under their own responsibility, board passengers with small pets, but we cannot guarantee your boarding in this case.
What is the difference between tickets with the fixed and open time? Which option is better?
Exact time guarantees you a seat on a specific boat, open time allows you to choose any convenient day and time of departure.
I come to Moscow for the first time. How to choose the suitable tours?

Can I take a stroller, bike or luggage with me?
Bicycles are not allowed. On double-deck boats you can place luggage and a baby stroller (folding), on single-deck boats there are restrictions: large luggage is prohibited, the stroller must also be folding. Scooters need a cover.
Are such excursions safe?
According to the rules, life jackets must be worn only in case of the immediate danger. On board there is always a set of life jackets that matches the number of passengers. In an extreme situation, your task is to follow all the crew's instructions implicitly.
Are there covered decks on the boats?
All our boats (single deck and double deck) are partially covered to hide you from the weather.
Are there discounts for the benefit-entitled citizens?

Are the piers equipped with the special wheelchair slopes?
Unfortunately, the piers are not equipped with the convenient slopes for the disabled people, but the pier administrators always assist you during the landing. For your convenience, choose tours on double-deck boats, where you feel as comfortable as possible.
